Mission Statement: To provide healing, renewal, and strength to individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-integrated mental health services, empowering them to overcome trauma, addiction, and anxiety.

Company History: Founded by Jason, a former marine, Texas police officer, and paramedic, The Well Counseling and Consultation is inspired by a personal journey of service and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by high-stress professionals and their families. Jason's background and passion for mental health advocacy led to the creation of this practice to address the unique needs of underserved populations.

About Me Welcome to The Well Counseling & Consultation. My name is Jason—a Marine Corps veteran, former Texas police officer, and paramedic who has walked the challenging path of healing through struggles with alcohol and PTSD. It’s this personal journey that inspires my passion for helping others find hope and renewal.

I specialize in trauma, addiction, and anxiety disorders, with a focus on serving those who serve others—heroes like law enforcement officers, active service members, veterans, nurses, first responders, teachers, and their families. Using evidence-based techniques such as Sandtray therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strengths-based family counseling, I help my clients rediscover their resilience and foster lasting growth.

The name "The Well" stems from biblical teachings, representing a place of restoration, sustenance, and renewal—just as a well provides life-giving water, my practice is a refuge for those seeking healing. I also offer Christian counseling for those who want to integrate faith into their journey toward wholeness.

Whether in-person or virtually, I provide individual therapy, family sessions, addiction recovery groups, and skills-based workshops. As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-I) in Texas and a Master's student completing my internship at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, I’m honored to serve those who tirelessly give so much to others.

You don’t have to walk this path alone—let’s take steps toward strength and renewal together.
